I'm stuck in a situation that has been ringing in my head...quite literally, in fact.
It seems that my mother has been having a streak of bad luck with cell phones lately. Problems have been ranging from "The batteries get drained after one phone call," or most recently, "The phone won't ring when you call, and it takes twenty minutes for the voice mail to show up."
Now, I myself haven't been having any problems with my cell, but mom just can't catch a break with these blasted things, and I've been getting headaches hearing about it. She's been having me dial up the bloody thing, and I've only been able to make it ring once or twice. It's been driving me nuts, and it isn't even my phone we're dealing with. I don't even use mine all that often, except when I need to.
Today, she's going to get the damned thing exchanged, although with all the recent phone misfortunes, I dunno how well this is going to work out.
At the sound of the tone, the time will be...for me to go completely insane.
